Organic-certified Sugar Cane Sugar
Organic-certified cane sugar is made from certified organic sugar cane grown in Brazil. The cane juice, rich in molasses, vitamins and minerals, is squeezed from fresh sugar cane, evaporated and crystallized. The result is a blonde-colored, perfectly sweet natural sugar. Organic cane sugar is naturally gluten free and can be used as a one-for-one replacement for refined white sugar.
Our organic cane sugar is certified for European Union, USDA NOP, Japan JAS, Korea DOALNARA, ORGANIC China, ECOCERT Taiwan. It is also certified Kosher and Halal.
Supplied in bags of 1Kg, 2Kg, 5Kg, 25Kg, 1,000Kg stuffed in 20' containers.
Organic-certified Cocoa Beans
Grade 1 organic-certified cocoa is produced by drying the organic-grown cocoa fatty seed from which cocoa solids and cocoa butter can be extracted.
Organic-certified cocoa is sourced from all over the world with each origin offering a unique flavor profile. By offering the whole cocoa beans, we allow our customers the most creativity in their processing to create their own unique taste. We can offer cocoa beans from multiple origins and Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance Certified.
Organic-certified Sugar Cane Alcohol
Organic-certified sugar cane alcohol 96% is produced by fermenting and distilling molasses from certified-organic grown sugar cane.
Organic-certified sugar cane alcohol is suitable for the production of organic beverages, organic spirits, organic vinegars, but also in flavors anf fragrances a well as a preservative.
Our organic sugar cane alcohol is certified European Organic, USDA NOP and is also Kosher-certified.
Supplied in 25,000 liter ISO tanks and in 1,000 liter IBCs.
